I have to admit to liking this photograph I've framed it and put it on the wall. I know it's not perfect, but what do you think of it?

I think that contrast between the two colours in wonderful. Earthy tones of the dead leaves with the bright vividness of the flowers. Deserves to be on a wall.
I would do a bit of house keeping in and around the leaves but that's just me.Alan.

Jock, I think that's a cracker of an image, well worthy of being on a wall. Love the bright splash of colour against the brown and nice deep depth of field.

Thank you.
I would have moved the leaves prior to taking the photograph, however the flowers were located behind a rather large and solid fence with spikes on top, so I couldn't reach them.

If you need any help getting to know the basics of Photoshop and a little beyond just let me know i can go through all the icons and sub menu so you'll know what they can all do?There's no way my Photoshop skills stretch to removing them post production either!

Agree about the "gardening" but appreciate you couldn't do much about it given their position. With that sort of ground though, I often find that as you clear the distracting leaves, it only uncovers more

Great shot. I think a little bit of cropping might help as well. Seems there is a little more space on the right. That's just me though.
