    Black Tulip.

    While not a gardner (I struggle to tell the difference between a weed and a flower), during a recent visit to Burton Agnes Hall, I was fascinated by this.

    (Edit: I changed the photo on Flickr, so this is not the original photograph I put up, but the edited version. One day I'll get used to how these things work ... and then they'll change things.)

    nice photo - not sure about the composition and I would loose some off the right hand side, maybe up to the bottom of the stalk

            if you edit an image on flickr you need to edit the original posting pasting the new flickr image
