Phalaenopsis etc.

My wife has developed a talent for getting Moth Orchids (Phalaenopsis) to flower and last week I tried (unsuccessfully) to photograph them using flash. Was filling the store cupboards again today I noticed that Robert Dyas was offering LED work lights with 27LEDs for �2.99 (4 AA batteries included). So I bought three. I then had another go at the orchids solely using the LED lights. WDYT? Feedback welcome!
