    Pretty in Pink

    I plucked this flower from a river bank in the Norfolk Broads this week and jammed it's stem into a tree nearby, I have tried to show the flower within a natural background, it was to windy to photograph the picture where it was, has it worked? any feedback most welcome

    Its a willowherb,,,possibly rose-bay WH. Got the pinks ok.

        I like the concept of the image - nice job - well done...

        But... It may well be a variant - but I'm certain it's not Rose-Bay Willow-Herb !
        I actively encourage constructive comment & critique of any image I post!
        Feel free to edit & re-post as you see fit - but please - tell me what you have done to 'improve' the shot!

          It's not rosebay - it looks like either the Hoary Willowherb or the Great Willowherb, but need more of the plant to decide which.
