    What is it?

    What is it some may ask. Red Cabbage, I was just in the process of pickling some when I thought how attractive it was when cut through.

              My initial thoughts were that I've not heard of a red cabbage bird before....

              but yes immediately identifiable and beautiful.

                      David, it’s been a case of having to become domestic. While recovering from my knee operation which I’m still finding painful, my wife Sandra fell down the stairs and broke her leg - she was sober. So, I’m chief cook and bottle washer and everything else.
