Don't think it's either of the Hogweeds David, you would have to have been up a ladder to get that shot of the Giant one.

I would say, Common Hogweed - Cow Parsnip and Lesser Knappweed

I've just tried to identify these with an App on my phone, never tried the App on a picture rather than a real plant. The results from the App are as follows

The App identified the first one as Angelica sylvestris, "Wild Angelica" and the second one as Centaurea nigra L., "Common Knapweed".
