Not sure I am sold the third one, I like the sun on the water and the movement, I think it is missing stopping power.

I'm inclined to agree about the third, overall it lacks punch - possibly less motion in the water might have given you more highlights and sparkling glints off the water surface...

Thanks Nigel, struggling to put my finger on what was off. I have some others with a shorter shutter speed let me take another look at those.
