    Young Spiders

I don't have a dedicated macro lens, so I was using one of those very cheap 10x Macro. things that can be found on Ebay. This one was given to me by a friend.

Wow! Am really impressed with the 10 x filter - you have done a great job. I bought a set of these filters but have yet to try them............... I really must have a play. :)
Never stop photographing. It is very likely that your best photograph has not yet been captured

filter has worked a treat, all nice and sharp with good amounts of detail that ends with a great final image.

Thanks very much for the replies :) I really was it two minds about posting it, I've seen some incredible 'proper' macro shots here on the forum and I wasn't sure if I was going to make a fool of myself. The cheapo lens is a bit of a devil to use as it has such a shallow focus, but thankfully after many attempts, some shots were almost there! ;)

Alan, oddly enough they were right outside the back doors, about 2 feet away. I'm not sure why they were there, I certainly hadn't seen any sign of them prior to this. They were on the end of a shoot, in a very exposed position.
