Nymph

Posting this one mainly as i have not seen one before - I think it is a dragonfly nymph probably not too far from emerging. It was on a blade of grass by one of the bridges at Barnes and was in such a position it was impossible to get the angle to get it sharp all the way through so this is the best of a bunch or 30 or so shots

Once watched one of these do "it's thing" sat at the side of a pond.

Quite ugly considering what emerges
