    Mullien Moth Caterpillars

Found these in the garden yesterday evening and found they had munched their way through this stem from bottom to top. So took some shots before removing them and a few more of their friends and put them over the fence in next doors garden
Not sure what the plant is but its got 3 stems and hopefully the other two will survive

As it was the garden, shot on a tripod with a green card behind

Great shot Stan but they can climb fences and they may bring more mates from next door

with this one I wanted to get two in the frame but I have a few singles (there were 7 or 8 of them on the plant) I have yet to process and may give some more detail as they were a bit closer

I also used a light blue one, not sure which I prefer

and here is a shot of them all on the leaf I transferred them to before sending them next door - some have had more of a feast than others
