Thanks for looking guys
This is probably one of the most colourful of the damselflies and they do sparkle like an emerald. The damsel was perched quite close to the water surface which was quite dark so to retain the colours and detail in the damsel, I had to underexpose by 1 stop.
Shot with my 300 f4 and 1.4x
