    Blue Butterly help

On Hengistbury yesterday I spotted (and shotted) this Blue Butterfly and don't seem to be able to ID from my books. I think it may be a Female Common Blue buth the colours don't seem quite right (they are recorded correctly). It was quite large for a Blue

Any confirmations from our Butterfly Gurus would be appreciated

(they aren't great images, just for record purposes)

Beautiful colours, you can practically see the softness of the wings.

Thanks Di, the softness of the wings is gos its not terribly well focused!

but I know what you mean, they are all soft and furry in close up and I love their stripey antenna (I think its the Holly Blue that wears stripy socks on its legs too - I'll see if I still have a picture of that)
