    I know what you mean. Unfortunately with Barn Owls, that's likely to be a vole in the long grass, so we're not likely to see that. Wouldn't mind a take-off shot with one hanging from the beak though!

    I try for that shot every spring, when they are more likely to be out in daylight to catch enough to feed the chicks, but it's never happened yet!

              Beautiful, beautiful pictures, great skill. Perhaps one day I might get that good, but it's going to take quite a while.

                Ok colin, not bad set of images, oh alright there excellent! 3 and 4 are my favourites. Even you must be pleased with these results. By the way what lens were you using for the shoot?
