          If you are running Windows get ICE from Microsoft, it is free, and it does a very good job even with RAW images.

            Stitch marks are generally nothing to do with the software more often than not it is the slightly different exposure between one image and the next if you have shot either in auto or semi auto modes. You need to ensure the exposures are identical across the whole range of shots so you always need to shoot manual. Start by taking a test shot in Av mode and tweak the exposure compensation until the histogram looks right. Then make a note of the shutter speed and aperture and just transfer these settings to manual and shoot your range of frames
