            Thanks for the feedback guys. By definition, infrared cannot look natural as our eyes cannot see infrared. It can be a bit 'Marmite', and can look a bit surreal, but it gives another option if I've shot something in visible light before, or if the light isn't very good for visible light photos. It looks better as a big image, which is difficult to do with a low res forum post. Here's how it looks in visible light. (Excuse the squint horizon)

                  I love the ir sky and water but the land is too moonscape for me. I'd be tempted to drop the sky and the river into the visible spectrum shot.
