    Storm Coming - Pano

Another from my brief outing on Sunday. The scene screamed out for a pano, so here it is

Very very nice, Alan. Great sky deserves a nice wide pano, so well done. Just a slight shame about the cast shadow on the left hand side, but that's me being a tad picky.

Thanks Alex and yes I agree with you about the shadow. I did consider removing it, but not for long

                    Re: Storm Coming - Pano

I do like the content but I think it might be improved by a different framing. I'd suggest trying cutting the top and bottom off, taking the top just above the dark clouds leading from centre to right (which makes a nice "roof" to things) and the bottom so the curved horizon runs along (roughly) the centre of the frame or a bit lower. I'm flip-flopping about how much of the bottom to remove, it keeps getting more, but I do like the flow of the horizon and the trees centre-left, which cropping brings out IMHO.

Sorry I missed your comment Jon. I too went back and forth re the cropping etc. You're thinking same as me, I shall give it a try, thank you
