An unusual subject matter for a panorama. But I was struggling to get in to the frame what I wanted from the scene. The poppies were knitted by local volunteers for display alongside the village war memorial. I believe that local businesses supplied the wool for the poppies and also the timber for the two figures. The same group of volunteers have also decorated the railway station and another village memorial. However I didn't make any images of those.
