!3th October 2013 was a watershed in the life of the people of St.Asaph and especially St.Asaph cathedral, when for the first time since the English Reformation that a Roman catholic priest visited & preached at the Cathedral. The priest was Fr.vincent de Paul, a Benedictine monk, from Pensylvannia,USA. He brought with him stoles & vestments which he had designed at the request of Rev Peter and Dr.Mrs Debbie Allsworth who gifted these to the Cathedral in memory of their respective parents. The gifts were for all the Welsh Saints from St.David,St.Kintergern,St Asaph to many others too numerous to mention.
The pictures were taken with the Canon 60D + 50mm f1.8 lens @ TV 1/80,ISO 1600,auto WB,Auto AV. My thanks are to the members who advised me to use this lens as no flash photography was permitted.
