        A large number of "small people" all carving away at pieces of timber, then mixing different colored earth into a paste, smearing it onto the carved pieces of wood then pressing onto papyrus paper... that's how long ago since the fine weather methinks.

        This is another for Thursday night so lets see what happens.

          I like it. The dog is looking at the man's face waiting for his instructions. Very nice- a picture without words!

            Thanks Nathaniel. You are right about it being a picture without words. The collie is such a great dog for this type of "work"

            This is the first time I have seen an image of this "sport" in any of our competitions so am hoping it will have a bit of intrigue as far as the judge is concerned.
            Gambling on the sympathy vote.

                          Update on what the judge thought of this.

                          Must have ticked a few of her boxes as this earned an 18 so pleased with the result.
