    Wedding Stress

That's the stress of photographing my son's wedding over. I admire those who do this for a living as it's not easy. This seems to be one of the favourites - my granddaughters framing their Auntie and Uncle.

Great idea. And you're a braver man than me. My daughter got married last year and as soon as I knew I said "don't be asking me".

              That's a great idea, it's a shame that you didn't have a greater DOF.

Agree- but planning something like this isn't easy when you have the stress of loads of people around you and trying to control groups - a better approach maybe would have been a composite image, but easy to suggest just sat at your PC

Thanks all - and the shallow depth of field was intentional

with the distance between the bridesmaids and bride and groom I doubt closing the aperture would have helped

Nice result, and well done for even contemplating it! When our daughter got married earlier in the year I was more than pleased to leave the photography to a 'professional' and enjoy the day; although she did use one with Canon gear!

Sorry Northman, I didn't intend any offence with my thought. My logic was that the stars of the day are the B&G so (other than the now standard "dreamy" shots) they should be sharp in every image, although as Stan says, difficult to achieve.

                            I re-iterate, great idea though.

Sorry if I gave that impression Columbarius - no offence taken. The flower girls were little stars on the day so it was nice to give them prominence here.
