I would lovely shot and converts well into B&W - I would be tempted to crop the bottom the loose the darker hedge / plant you can see on the light hand side:- Ian

Hey Mike, welcome back! You've been missed.
Gorgeous image as it is, but one thing I really like about it is how the graduation from the top mirrors the bottom, so to accentuate this I would agree with Tigger's suggestion of a tad off the bottom. This also has the added bonus of letter-boxing it slightly which should increase the impression of isolation. But definitely worth entering either way, let us know how it does.Canon EOS 7D

For the record, whilst I have been away from 'posting' on here, I have continued checking in as a 'guest' when time allowed! I've been focussing on the camera club side of things for a while too!
I'm currently 'between work contracts', so have more time at home at the moment - hence the return to posting!
