The Horizon Police have investigated the current complaint of non-compliance to Horizontal & Vertical Levels and have concluded, on this occasion, that there is no case to answer.
The pole, as such, is deemed a living tree and so is not bound by strict adherence of Verticality.
However the case is being transferred to both Homicide and Theft due to the absence of head and chair. This could be a tricky one........
