presume this was a "Snap a star" moment although I confess I don't know anything about her.

I have to say my comments on your previous "birds" shoot are still applicable here. ...

The second shot which is a classic model's "I know you're taking this" pose and well executed by you, has been let down by losing her lower legs and lack of clear space behind the shovel.

Worth panning back or stepping back, you can always crop later on.

Bo has it spot on. You've also lost the very end of the shovel too

Well that's a matter of opinion. You can see her in all her glory on Google images. The neck tattoo turns into a black panther face just below that demure neckline.

Having seen any number of elderly men's tattooes (from working in hospitals, before you ask) that have turned into dull, unrecognisable blue blobs over the years I do question what some of these people- men and women- will think in later years!

Dave, the pictures are quite sharp and detailed but I am never the person to be attracted to tattoos as a work of art. I would put this into the category of "street" photography. The second image suddenly looks as if the subject is "pregant" with the wind at the back of her!! Not very flattering!

Agree with bo here - Although the subject is quite well exposed they are really only "snaps" - need really to pay attention to your composition and, in the second in particular, avoid "cutting off" things and more importantly look at the background - this is very messy and the eye is drawn straight to the mass of blown highlights at the back and the rubbish or whatever it is in the foreground
