Went to Rochester to see the Sweeps Festival

First port of call was for breakfast - bacon buttie from a street stall

Brian, I would be tempted to remove the light aluminium frame at the bottom leaving just the dark edge of the hot plate and then square the dark hot plate frame with the bottom of the picture, this I think improves it. Was the butty up to standard ??

Butties were fantastic

I love the colours of the cooking, but I struggled to get it into a printable size

The plate actually does tilt that way as I aligned the picture to the vertical back plate - but you are right in that without the backplate it does look wrong.
