I was just thinking, when someone is having the 503 problem, wonder if it might be an idea to ask and see if anyone else can post the photos. That way we should be able to give the powers that be more information about what might be blocking the process... hope that makes sense.

Thanks Di for bringing the other pic also "into light". Yours is a good idea but I don't think one should burden someone else with this problem. That is my opinion. It is something that the EOS board should look into and get at the bottom of the problem.
