        Lovely shot, beautiful treatment and the whole thing says so much. He's holding her hand and carrying her handbag, that is a true gentleman.

        Not totally comfortable with the OOF couple on the right. The fact that they are OOF diminishes their impact, perhaps it is mainly her white coat?

          Well, it probably has his camera, wallet and keys in it. And he has to hold her hand else she'd hit him for what he just said about the babe walking in front!

          I like the out of focus couple, which to me adds something - makes the main subject part of a theme rather than an isolated couple? On the other hand, making it a square crop without them in works equally well so you can take your choice. It's a lovely image either way.
