    Ploughmen.

Taken on a mirky morning before the mist and rain had lifted, but watching this pair work lifted my mood.

What a great capture, even more what a wonderful sight to have witnessed. Please tell me this was a demonstration and not their normal working method.

No Trev this was a day out to show how it used to be done, still backbreaking for the chap on the plough though. Thanks both for your comments.

Great shot, love the old working demonstrations of a bye gone era.

Excellent shot Chris. The guy on the plough looks as though he's had enough already!

He does Brian, but l think he is bent over getting his plough inline with the markers he has laid down.

Lovely image Chris - we occasionally get them at our local ploughing match, but they are a vanishing breed (both men and horses).
