R6 II problems with HDR PQ playback

I have recently purchased an R6 ii, and I am delighted with the overall performance.
I have been experimenting with the HDR PQ setting, shooting in manual in 4K. The playback on my PC is stuttering, playing in a jerky fashion. The PC is fairly fast running Windows 11, and I have tried all the usual players,
The same file plays perfectly in camera!
Has anyone come across this?

Might be worth posting this into the Eos Systems section rather than the portrait section.

I had a similar experience with my Fujifilm camera and it turned out that my windows 11 video player wasn't suitable for 4k playback. I just switched my video recording back to a lower setting like 1080p and then it played perfectly on the laptop. So just kept it there.

I'm not that clued up on video or laptops for that matter so hopefully someone can help you out a bit more, but maybe it's a software issue or you need an updated graphics card that can play 4k?
