First try with the 50mm/F1.8 & First try at a bar :)

Good evening all!

I took my new 50mm/F1.8 to a bar and started playing. For me it's totally new to have a lens at 'fixed length'.

These are the two photos that I would like to share.

#1 CROWDED PLACE

Believe it or not, this bar was very crowded The fact is that this table was being cleaned up before some new folks could sit on it, so I took my chance to make a photo that gives the impression of the opposite to the actual situation: sitting alone, looking outside for some company ;)

Just to prove that it was a busy night. Our table was reserved for someone (not us). We could sit at it, if we promised to be out before dinner started..

I don't know who coined the phrase "the camera never lies". I'm guessing it wasn't a photographer :)

I am amazed about the 50mm lens (nifty-fifty) compared to it's price. Pure fun.
