    Salisbury Tombs

    A couple of the posh tombs inside the cathedral. Not sure whose the first one is but the very colourful second one is the Mompesson Tomb

    Both shot with 7D and canon EF-S 10-22, 3 shots blended in elements

    Nicely Done Stan. You have good exposure throughout the images and the colors pop very nicely in them.

      I've never seen a tomb like that painted. Everyone I've seen is just stone/marble.

        the only one I have seen. THe Mompassons were apparently quite flamboyant characters so thats probably why. The owned a large house in the cathedral close, Mompasson House which is now a NT property
