    Sand

    Just liked the "delta-like" shapes made by the retreating tide in the sand on Langland Bay in South Wales, illuminated by a low, warm evening sun -

      Nature kicks up some interesting shapes, but how does nature do it?
      Looks like a series of roots.

                You mentioned low warm evening light. When was that, 1954 was the last time the sun shone in Langland. I was there. Nice pic
