    More Splash Art

A couple from a session yesterday. Still struggling to get the low pov and seemless background like Colin but only had the kit a couple of days

Both shot at 1/160, f 16, ISO 400 and off camera flash either side at 45 degrees

    Stan

Both amazing and a heck of a long way from what I could achieve. Nice work Stan.

Nostalgia is ok...not as good as it used to be though

      Nicely done Stan.

The yellow looks very good and you also have a flying saucer, much sooner than I managed.

I haven't achieve a fully seamless horizon yet. I have to smooth out the small out of focus transition in photoshop, but I am striving to get it done in camera. I think a combination of a longer catch tank, right angle of view and lighting balance should do the trick.

I seem to spend a lot of time popping bubbles in the catch tank between shots, on the basis that it is much easier to pop them before the shot, than remove them on the computer.

            I have been to B & Q and bought a tank 24 in x 14 in - that should be long enough

I seem to spend a lot of time popping bubbles in the catch tank between shots,
as I discovered yesterday you need to do it after every shot because they can build up so quickly before you know it there are too many / too big to sort in PS
