    Cathedral, inside

Taking inside the chapel at Kings College. This was a real strong test for the 7D2 given the very low light levels.

There are gates that block this off, so poked my lens through them to capture this.

A very nice shot - plenty of detail in the image despite the huge dynamic range.
One point - it looks to me like it has the potential to become a symmetry image ( yes ?) - if so you need to address the fact that the left hand side is a little higher than the right hand side.

Is that what you was thinking James? It looks more perfect to me. One down side of cropping and rotating a touch, lost the nice highlights on the floor.

Cheers Ian. No, a single exposure. The shadows came up a treat in LR.

                      Re: Cathedral, inside

A very nice detailed shot. However, I have to agree with James as the left hand side looks a bit higher than the right side. I too get this very often when I take inside shots of churches and cathedrals ,and very recently Truro cathedral. (I haven't posted these pics as I intend to correct the horizontals)!

                          Nice, I like the symmetry.
