    Fly the Flag

    Last summer (remember those ) there was a partly steam driven fair in Oaklands Park, Chichester. I had no idea it was on but when I saw it well of course I had to get some pictures - which I then promptly forgot to do anything with...

    Finally I got round to one over the weekend...

    Really nice and colourful shot (but you wouldn't get me on that thing )

              Cheers all.

              This was one of those frustrating shots - trying to get the timing right so the flag was streaming out with the gondola in that position produced an awful lot of out-takes...

                I totally agree, lovely colours and a lovely shot, as for getting on the thing, it would play havoc with the IS on my lens
