    There's never a Tigger around when you need one

    This door is in the interior of Blanchland Abbey (Parish Church of Staint Mary the Virgin) which dates back to 1165. It looks to me as though this door opens out to the rear of the Church as you can see daylight through the keyhole and the bottom of the door. But I didn't open it to find out what was beyond it.
    The image is probably in need of some perspective tweaking, but its very humid here today and I'm off in to a cold shower, one day I shall revisit the PP and give it a tweak or two. I did remove a modern curtain rail from the timber above the door

      pleeeeease tell me you tried the door? a closed door is only an indication that its not supposed to be opened :)

        Agree with Stan the verticals need a tweak. If that was processed in Aurora I bet it would pull some more detail. Tig?

          oh yes that door is crying out for some layer work ...but Aurora for windows is hitting the street by the end of the year from what I seen

            Sorry Ian he only door I opened was to the pub next door

            I do have some more interior images, including the usual look up type, but they need processing.
