    Paignton Fireworks

    This year the display was set off from a barge just off the pier which meant I could
    photograph it from the garden rather than the roof. Here's a selection:

    I do like the ones that show the town as well 2 & 3 are very nice with foreground trees as well

          Yes I agree having a bit of the town in does add context. When I've shot this display in the past it's been from the roof which has a clearer view past the house that just peeps into some of the images and obscures the lights of the prom. The three without town are my attempt at producing something abstract for one of my Flickr groups
