    Abstract dancers in action

This is a detail from one of the long exposure night lights I posted recently; reviewing the photographs the part of one looked similar to the dancers you see on old black and white TV films at the Moulin Rouge. Well, that is what I saw in my image anyway! Just thought I would share it with you.
I tried to reduce some of the brightness of the white but I only have elements 12 photoshop so this is the best PP I could achieve.

all comments, help and observations gratefully received as always.

I like that and yes I can definitely see the dancers.

Extreme contrast is always going to be an issue with low-light/night photography and I think you've handled the brightest patches pretty well - they don't detract which is all to the good.

Im just catching up on the forum posts. Rose, when i 1st saw that image i thought it was Xmas lights - the row of reindeer pulling the sleigh! I’m a moulin rouge fan – I can see it! Great pic!

When I initially saw the image my immediate thought was the Moulin Rouge dancers - following your post I now see the reindeer, Father Christmas and the sleigh!
                  Great spot Steve.

Maybe it is one of the photos with multi interpretations?
