ideas for when the weathers really bad

How about a topic for 'indoor ideas' for when it's just too cold / dark / wet to venture outside!

I will start off with a very easy one - water drops on a DVD (apologies in advance - these were with a Sony before I moved across)

A couple of the shots - nowhere near perfect but it gives you an idea.

Set-up is really simple. How I did it - piece of wrapping paper, an led torch resting on a tripod. I did these hand held but if you have a tripod for the camera I am certain your results would be a lot sharper.

So come on boys n girls - lets see your 'ideas for a rainy day'

    .DAVID.

Really good idea and one that I am not too proud to copy.

          Good idea David.
I have tried something similar in the past but could not get the light to work properly and my blobs kept dispersing.
I have a similar torch so will give it a try once i have sorted my "gravity" shots

Hey Stan - secret to the water drops is to add a tiny bit of baby oil to the water - it helps it to keep it's shape.
