    The Apple

While looking for a image to take for my blog today, I saw this shiny red apple sitting there ready to be eaten

When all of a sudden there was a blue flash from beneath the apple

As the apple separated into 8 slightly even pieces

There stood a rebel soldier with his laser pointed at me.

    TO BE CONTINUED....

    Images taken with EOS-M w/EF-M 22mm f/2 STM,
    1/125 sec @ f/3.5, ISO 100 w/2 off camera flashes

Thanks Di & Doug for stopping by.

              How I did the shots.

              The Set up:

              - I used a Table top Studio Box set on top of a Black glass coffee table.
              - 2 table Top Lamps on the left & Right side of the Box.
              - 1 Flash mounted on a light stand and raised approx 3' with the flash pointed to the front top of the box & Flash set to 1/32 power.
              - 1 Flash mounted under the coffee table pointed up to the base of the apple.

              The shot.

Image 1: The shot was done with camera on a camera stand and the flash on the stand turned on w/side lights on.

Image 2: Same as Image 1, but with the flash under the table turned on.

Image 3: Is done using 2 images.

              Image 1:

              Image 2:

Used Elements 11 to remove the the tooth picks, then using layers added the 2nd image.
