    Habanero Roasted Tomato Dressing

    On Tuesday I made a Dressing to go over a wedge salad using a Habanero Vinegar that I also made.



    Camera EOS SL1 w/Tamron 28-75mm @ 28mm
    1/160 sec @ f/9, ISO 100

                    The shadows make this one Tom, have you considered removing the small light patch on the right hand edge as I think with that removed it is even stronger
