    158 Squadron, Lissett.

We stumbled upon this purely by accident after taking a wrong turn - it just outside the village of Lissett in the East Riding of Yorkshire and was erected to commemorate members of 158 Squadron which flew Halifax bombers out of RAF Lissett during World War II.

This was one of the first photographs I took of the monument - count the number of people in it. This was taken facing into the sun.

What really attracted me to this however was this view I got from the car as I drove up, taken with the sun behind me.

Another vote for #2, what an interesting idea for a memorial.

To be different, I like the 1st image and think it would make a fine BW image

Thanks guys. Most of the time we come across these by accident - I'm pretty sure Lell's navigational skills aren't that good! :-)
