                  They are good Stan, I have had these type of shots when using milk and cream and more so when the cream content is higher in the catch tank. My theory for what it is worth is that the extra viscosity of the cream holds the edges of the crowns together and the middle thins and simply contracts back into the edge which continues to expand giving you the rings.

                        thats a bit technical Ian Cream to milk in the top tank is around 50 / 50 but the bottom tank is just milk - cant afford the extra cream.
