I like the mono conversion but the composition is a bit tight - the subject needs space to move into.
Its also looking a bit soft but probably due to uploading direct from your computer

Ah, the lovely Briony Serrell, wife of TV antique dealer Phillip, complete with rabbit ears on her helmet!
To me, I think it needs a bit of a contrast boost to make the car stand out a little better from the background and maybe a bit of sharpening. A good bit of panning, though, and the numbers are nicely sharp. Orchard is a quick corner so you've done well to freeze that.
