For my Sons 17th Birthday I took him and some friends for a Go Karting endurance experience. At half time rest period kart owners are allowed to use the track. One of them was Caleb McDuff, his skill was incredible, it was like watching a formula 1 driver the way he took corners and continually lapped other drivers. He is profoundly deaf, having cochlear implants, but cannot wear them driving as the sound of the engine is too intense. He takes direction from his dad by sign language on the side of the track...........he is 6 years old, he has been told by many to give up as he will not get anywhere - his dream is to drive in Formula 1.....watch this space!
