Had another day at the UK Northern Athletics Championships today ,and at last I seem to be getting cleaner shots, without too messy a background.

Not the easiest thing to achieve at events like these.

Really like the second shot, the concentration on her face and the motion blur of her feet

Nicely done Mark.

Both good shots, but I like the dynamics of the pole vaulter, with her body starting to rise against the bend of the pole. I also like the composition where the action is framed by the bend in the pole.
