    Flying Boat in mono

    This one did quite well in camera club this week so thought you might appreciate

    Just looked at preview and on my laptop image appears to have a blue tint, apologise if similar for you, but is a straight mono image!

    How cool is that :) and here was I expecting an aircraft.

      excellent shot - although I do wonder if lifting the shadows with pull a little more detail

              Good composition and agree that the shadows could do with a lift, however don't know if this was a digital projected image or print but /I have found in both cases, often a print or DPI looks better than what appears on the forum

                    Only my local club, print of this image came second out of about 40 entries.

                    As mentioned print and PDI entries often appear quite different according to viewing conditions
