    Some nice action shots.

There will be times when you will be in the field without a camera. And, you will see the most glorious sunset or the most beautiful scene that you have ever witnessed. Don't be bitter because you can't record it. Sit down, drink it in, and enjoy it for what it is!

My son was a former kick boxer, you are right about it being a bit rough! Can't fault their dedication though, a huge commitment to training and preparation goes on before such tournaments. Good set of pics, you have caught the decisive moments well and the expressions tell the story well! I got some shots of my son fighting at his last tournament but the lighting was pretty difficult and high ISO and noise spoiled some of them. Yours are much cleaner by comparison - what camera were you using?

Good shots at the peak of the action, I would rather be taking the photographs than participating in the sport, too rough for me.

Hi Peter, would need to check pic data, think possibly a 40D.
Use 1D Mark III & 1D Mark IIN now.
