Thank's everyone, i was really lucky with the light in 3 usually when i'm down in StIves it's a bit dull but it does help when your shooting one of the top UK surfers (he's on about £40,000 surfing free boards, suits and travel)

Great set Gary,

See you were using 300mm + 1.4 conv .I'm going to the East Coast Classic surf Comp on Sat/Sun(Cayton Bay ,Scarborough) and will be using same sort of focal length,Any tips would be welcome. Looks like the surf is going to be big as low pressure will whip up the surf on Saturday so there talking 6/7+ feet waves so looking forward to a sport I've not done before.
