        All very nice shots. Good exposure on all of the shots. The only thing you need to work on is your shutter speed. You have stopped most of the props, so a slower shutter speed would show movement in the props.

            Great shots in their own right, but just not a slow enough shutter speed to give the prop blur that sense of actually flying. Nearly right on the Pitts Special and probably one stop slower shutter speed would have done it.

            Jets, you can go as fast as you like within reason, but with props, I normally start off at around 1/300sec just to get a couple of keepers and then as my panning comes on song, I slow down to 1/200sec, 1/160 sec and then settle down to around 1/100sec. Coming into land, the engine revs are well down, so I might squeeze a few at 1/60, or 1/30 sec, depending how slow the approach is.
