    Re: Old Warden

Why have you waited so long Glyn, these are nice shots, I particularly like the view angle of the Storch. With shots 3 and 4 you could have left a bit more room at the front of the Plane than at the rear to give it room to fly into, as you have done with the Sabre.

As an aside I used to Fly a Large Model of the Storch, built from a Plan I had enlarged, it was the Strangest Aircraft I ever Flew, as soon as you applied the Flaps, it dropped out of the sky like a stone, which in the real world is how it achieved it's short field landing capability, with a Model though it was very very disconcerting, I only ever used the Flaps once!!

    Regards Paul

Welcome Glyn. All good shots, I like no 4, in particular the light and reflections.

        Re: Old Warden

        Fantastic stuff.

One of my favourite places to visit. A well captured set.

I agree with Paul. Let the plane have a space to fly into. Must admit though I am also guilty of that.

Particularly like the Piston Provost in #4

Paul, do you still fly RC? Any pictures.

Good, good work!...just a tad more space for the plane to fly 'into', hope you know what I mean!

                Re: Old Warden

Regarding giving enough space, I am guilty. Since buying long lens I have tended to zoom in too tight. However on one photo I do have more space.
I thank you for the comments and will try to remember them next time.

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on a great first set of pics. Like them all. Don't know what they are except 'planes', but hey, never mind!

Thanks to all for comments much appreciated, need to improve my panning now and give a bit more space for the planes.
Sorry for not explaining what aircraft they were, as below.
